Founder and Chairman
Mr. Chintan N. Parikh, Founder and Chairman of Group Ashima, started his career as a first-generation entrepreneur in 1981, at the age of 24. Besides being a young industrialist, he had the dream of bringing innovative real estate concepts to Ahmedabad. His first project – Ankur Orchards was an astounding success and remains one of the most coveted Country Homes projects in the city. He has never looked back since, pioneering in Ahmedabad the first luxury housing society concept with Amaltas and following that with a large canvas of real estate projects that include numerous residential complexes, office buildings, shopping malls, residential townships, affordable housing and so on. His commitment to value engineering, architectural sensitivity and strong business ethics flow into all the real estate projects developed by Saumya.
President
Uttara Parikh is the President of Saumya Constructions Pvt. Ltd.. With graduation from London School of Economics and an MBA from the London Business School, she has a long standing professional experience as an investment banker and e-commerce entrepreneur. Uttara comes with a very unique perspective on the company’s growth. She has observed and witnessed Saumya’s most of the projects from inception, and after joining the company, she has been actively involved in the launch of Saujanya and Swan Lake. Her specialized domains are marketing and a strong understanding of data & analytics.
Director
Mr Anish Shah is a Director of Saumya and provides leadership in implementation and execution of our real estate strategy.
He has been associated with Saumya since 35 years and has overseen projects ranging from country homes to residential villas, to commercial property. He has held various roles including marketing, construction, HR, procurement, planning, etc. He holds a Bachelors degree from H L College of Commerce, Ahmedabad.
Chief Executive Officer
Vanita Mathur has done her MBA (Finance ) from S. P. University and has been associated with the group since last 27 years. She has handled various assignments across all divisions of the group in areas of finance, operations, management control systems and other functions. She is having responsibilities at Corporate level in Finance and strategic management and is currently in charge of the real estate vertical for the group.
